Partnership Terms

The following terms govern the onboarding and operation of a store as a "Piato365 Point". Accepting them when you submit an application is a condition of partnership.

1. Onboarding

  • The application is assessed by central management (suitability of the premises, coverage of the area). Approval comes with a payment link for the entry fee, which is locked at the price on the moment of approval for 7 days.
  • The entry fee is invested for the most part in a launch campaign for your area and your business.
  • The onboarding includes the necessary insulated equipment (thermobox).
  • The number of points per city is strictly limited — priority order is determined by payment.

2. Day-to-day operation

  • The store receives its customers' pre-orders every morning, along with the shelf stock it has ordered (top-up).
  • Each point has a minimum daily quantity of portions; if it isn't reached with top-up by the cut-off, it is topped up automatically.
  • Payment to the courier on delivery, only for cash and top-up portions — portions paid online are delivered with no collection and are settled in the weekly clearing.
  • The food is kept exclusively in the insulated equipment and is sold within the day.

3. Financial terms

  • The store buys at a single wholesale price per portion and keeps the sales margin.
  • Unsold top-up portions are not returned — they are the store's stock and risk.
  • The weekly settlement of online sales is paid out with a detailed statement per order.

4. Brand standards

  • Sale prices to the customer are set centrally and are uniform across the network.
  • The store must observe hygiene rules and offer the food in the way the brand specifies (packaging, chilling/heating).
  • Use of the Piato365 name and logo is permitted only within the scope of the partnership.

5. Duration & termination

The partnership is of indefinite duration. Either party may terminate it with 30 days' notice. A serious breach of the terms (especially hygiene rules) permits immediate termination. The entry fee is non-refundable, as it is spent on the launch campaign.
